"One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Staff is amazing. Food was great amongst all of the restaurants. They always had fun activities during the day at the pool. Amazing coffee bar and snack bar (snack bar is 24/7). Good shows on most days of the night. Riu Party is like no other party I’ve ever been to. Overall, an amazing vacation at Riu Palace Las Americas. One minor flaw is the rooms may need a little updating and there were only 2 plugin outlets in the entire room, which was a little weird. But otherwise, great resort. The beach was also clean and good. Drinks at the bar always tasted great. Also, loved the smell of the resort everytime we walked in. In fact, its something we always looked forward to everytime we came back from an outing. Thanks Riu! "

"Beautiful hotel i stay there every year its always clean and staff is always welcoming and super friendly. Very recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Cancun and want a all inclusive hotel. the only thing is the reservations we did not get to go to any of the restuarants because of the wait time and the times of making the reservations it was taken and not available. we were dissapointed we did not get to try any and we were there for 5 days but other than that everything else was great!"
