"We booked a room for 3 adults and the room had 2 double beds and a small couch. The superior rooms should not be offered for 3 adults. We paid more than 2 adults in the same room. We should have been offered a bigger room. I requested a bigger room and was told there were none available. My adult daughter who is 5’10” slept on the couch (not a pull out) made for a child. There also was not enough room to open our luggage fully. I had to put my luggage on the floor under the luggage bench. The...

"Stunning grounds and beach with so much to do and see on property you never had to leave. We really enjoyed having access to Palace facilities and food from staying in the Premium Suite. Overall was a great trip and would return."

"Whole stay was amazing from end to beginning. Stuff was very efficient and polite. Food buffet was great. Some a la carte restaurants were excellent. There was one serious problem - lack of air conditioning in restaurants."

The only drawback on the property is the beach which is very small, and the water very, very rocky. If you are an ocean/sea water lover, this is one to avoid because you will need to go offsite on excursions to get a good ocean experience. if you are good with great ocean views and prefer pool bathing and activities, this is your place."
