"This hotel property is gorgeous, with 2 open-air buildings, lush greenery and a beautiful ground floor pool with a swim up bar. The staff is extra helpful and I appreciated the welcoming ceremony upon arrival. However, the area isn’t the safest (compared to the previous hotel I stayed at about 10-15 mins away) because my kids and I were advised to “be back before dark” when we walked to nearby Carls Jr. for dinner one evening. Also my iPad was pickpocketed from my bag while waiting for the tour...

"The staff were amazing and the hotel was very nice. The beach is within step of the pool which was so nice. There were two main pools and one splash pad pool for the kids. My daughter had the most amazing time swimming and playing. They had fun events for kids and adults. Great performances in the evening in the outdoor amphitheater. "

"The hotel itself was decent. We only booked for 1 day stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 12:30 but check in time was 3pm so we did wait for about 45mins to get into our room. The area around the hotel seems as though it’s a developing area, it was pretty dirty and seems like it was a local community, with loose dogs running around. The room overall was nice and clean despite the shower. The chrome in the shower head and sink were eroded and rusty. I tried to clean it...

"We had an amazing time. Patricia hosted the pool work out and was super sweet. Oviel the bus boy was so helpful and fun. The outdoor steak restaurant was great. We loved everything. The stag was welcoming and wanted clearly to please their guest. The room was so sweet. "
