"Great beach, but need more beach umbrellas and small fountains to wash off sand from the feet. Huge plus of this hotel that you don’t need reservations to the restaurants, no wait line. Buffet is very good, restaurants are very good , except Mexican. Shows are professional. Big disadvantage : guests from Riu Tequila are using the beach and buffet for lunch, so it is becoming VERY crowded. That is why hotel should put more sun umbrellas around the beach and pool areas. "We booked a room for 3 adults and the room had 2 double beds and a small couch. The superior rooms should not be offered for 3 adults. We paid more than 2 adults in the same room. We should have been offered a bigger room. I requested a bigger room and was told there were none available. My adult daughter who is 5’10” slept on the couch (not a pull out) made for a child. "I don’t really know how to review this place. For an all inclusive the food was above average. The property was calm and had a lot of wildlife which was nice. The workers and employees were well above average for an all inclusive. The value for the price was excellent. The bus to the beach was okay. The beach was nice, the ocean not able to swim in. Drinks were strong and decent liquor selection. You got a free pass to the Riu party. The nightly entertainment was above average. "
