"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"A jungle like setting with lots of large trees and plants. Gardens are immaculately kept. Service by all workers is exceptional, very friendly amd gracious. They will help you anyway they can. Sincerely helpful, everyone is well taken care of no matter the catégorie of room. The food was very good, same with drinks and nice choice of non alcoholic drinks. Pools are very clean, ocean nice but bring water shoes due to some surprise to y coral and green bottoms which are perfect for seeing sea turtles and fish. Great snorkeling at the national park just next door. "

"Staff are great and the property has beautiful beaches with lots of access and bars. Pools are clean and there are lots of them. Lots of activities and different shows everyday and every night. Buffets are good with lots of selection and the Al a carte restaurants are really good with great service. "
