"I have been traveling a lot in my life and experienced great service before but the one I had at this location is just outstanding. I had an amazing time and experience with my family. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond . Only thing I didn’t like was music vibration that would make our bedroom window vibrate during the night. Maybe from parties in the building or the bar across the street but other than that we could still get great rest and great time "

"The stay at the resort was wonderful. The room we stayed in could use some updates in the bathroom but that wasn't a big deal for us. All staff at the resort are very kind and attentive. Everyone at the privileged lounge was exceptionally pleasant. The resort is well kept all around. Kids enjoyed the activites at the Daisy Club. Very family friendly place."

"We took our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old) for a week vacation. This property was nothing short of amazing! The staff was wonderful and always gave great service. The access to the beach was easy and close to the property, and the beach itself was wonderful. The beach staff did a terrific job of trying to keep the seaweed at bay the best they could. The pool area is huge and they have activities throughout the day which created a lot of fun. Our VIP concierge, Juan, was wonderful as well. He ensured that our trip was great, and we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and they all come with a hammock on the back patio. The food was all good, however you have to make reservations early for the restaurants. We stayed at the Sunrise location, but we had full access to the sister property Nizuc next door which was pretty cool. We took a day and ventured to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and we had access to the Palace in Playa del Carmen as well. I highly recommend this property for all ages! A couple of days on the beach, they had a volleyball tournament for high school aged students. They offer so much to do for anyone looking to do a bit more than just sit on the beach. We will definitely be visiting again! "

"Great time.. beds were not the best"

"Loved our stay at this resort! First time in Puerto Vallarta and so happy I chose to stay here, rather than resorts closer to town. This resort is closer to the unique beaches and towns that are accessible only by water. You can also walk into Mismaloya and explore. There are little huts right next to the resort where you can get $30 massages. You can book boat excursions right on the beach. I love being right next to the jungle. We are platinum with expedia, and since this is a VIP Expedia resort, you get Premium wristband for perks of free room service (although, they require 24hr notice, so we never used it), premium alcohol for those who drink, and other perks. Most staff were very friendly. Beautiful resort. We loved our morning breakfast views from the buffet restaurant. The Los Arcos steak house for dinner had delicious fillet. The rooms are huge and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only thing i didnt like was constantly having music blaring and the people yelling into the microphone, playing games. If you ever wsnt to take a nap or "tune out," its kind of difficult. But, thats just us. I think most resorts are like that. Overall, the price we paid for what we got was incredible. I definitely recommend this resort. And best of all, there was NO haggling at the resort, unlike our experience at a different resort in Cabo. "
