"The property was beautiful. The food was excellent in the alacarte restaurants and buffet. The buffet was much better than other similar resorts I have been to. Also the pools and beach had lots of space around them and we always had a great spot without having to wake at the crack of dawn to get chairs and we were there in March. The staff were very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good. I would go back!"

"First all inclusive in Mexico with the family and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to ALL of the staff at the hotel in making this trip memorable! Will definitely see you again soon! "Entire property was extremely well maintained, all staff were nice and helpful. Being able to visit other hotels within the Barcelo family is nice and offered the kids the ability to try different pools. Would highly recommend this property for any families. Only caveat, in the property description they don't mention the water park/surfing area is an extra charge, along with the bowling and some other activies. Also, if you don't get a reservation for dinner at one of the highly in demand A La Carte restaurants, there only is the buffet available. "

"We enjoyed our time here. Our kids loved the kids club events. Good food, nice staff and great vibes. Lots of staff made our stay enjoyable…wish I could remember all their names….Shoutout to Osvaldo at check-in, Damian - bike tour guide, Cynthia/Juli…all the lovely staff at kids club. "

"Only issue was small items went missing from our room and our families room until we complained at the desk and left the do not disturb sign out. This is the reason for 3 stars on the staff even though it was likely one employee out of hundreds. The staff was otherwise extremely helpful and kind! Property is beautiful and massive and the food was delicious. Make sure to reserve your dinners upon check in as they book up quickly!"
