"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"The property is beautiful. It’s very large and spread out. There are 3 large sections. One section accommodates people with children under 18. Another is all casitas, adults only, larger rooms, each section of casitas with its own pool and swim up bar. The other section is adults only but all hotel rooms. A very large pool area is available. Restaurants throughout the properties. Only slight annoyance was maid service. One evening we came back, turn down had occurred, but all towels were taken...

"Everything was wonderful, and one of the reservation employees, Fernanda, was great! My only complaint is that our shower head didn’t stay up and we had to use one hand to hold it up. Beautiful location and great people."

"This was my second time at this property. My reasoning for returning was the food quality and service. Both let me down. Service wasn’t bad if you go there just to eat at the restaurants. For me the service was bad by the pool where I upgraded daily and paid a premium for a cabana with service. The waiter was not attentive at all. When you upgrade it’s also a purchase of a bottle. It was serviced late, I had to ask for cups for ice napkins etc. If they're going to sell upgrades I suggest the...

"Would be much appreciated if there were control for iguanas from coming to footpath almost stepped on one by accident and this happend twice. And a hanger for the shower room would be great. Thank you"
