"After many stays in different All-inclusives , this one exceeded expectations! We decided to upgrade to platinum for this vacation (we usually always stick with a standard room) but the platinum services here were WELL worth it. The beach area always had spots to relax with drink services, its own private pool, 24hour room service, air-conditioned lounge with snacks and a full bar, etc. We will definitely come back to Princess Riviera!"

"The staff is wonderful and so nice. The hotel is clean, so are the pools. It was our first time in Cancun and we had a blast!! Buffet was good, the Riu parties were awesome. Staff provided safe transportation. 10/10 "

"My wife and I traveled with our 12 and 15 year olds. Had an ocean front room that was literally on the ocean which was beautiful. Food was good overall. Steak house, hibachi and Italian were all good. Standard/Good breakfast Buffett. We ate lunch at the grill that they have by the pool… has burgers, wood fire pizza etc. You can’t make dinner reservations until you get there. We didn’t have any issues getting reservations. small water park was good for our youngest. Great staff, rooms were clean. Basically a new/updated resort. Plenty of chairs at pool and ocean. Life guard on duty which helped keep us safe/redirect to another area when the ocean was rough. There is a general store on-site. There is also a small pharmacy about 2 blocks away that you can walk to (I felt safe) if you need sun block, meds etc. "

"Overall stay was excellent, only at Flame restaurant when we gave server $1 tip he said it doesnt even buy him Bus Ticket which we found rude. "

"BEAUTIFUL!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is up there with the best of them. You expect all-inclusives to have lower quality food, amenities, service, etc but that was not the case! 11 restaurants and some of the best meals I have ever had! The daily activities and night performances were top notch! All around amazing experience!"

"Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun! "
