This is where you want to stay if you want a real vacation, not a non-stop party. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful with anything you may ask of them. The whole place is exceptionally clean, you will always see staff cleaning up in the background. The buffet mixes it up a little bit every day, and the restaurants are all good. I recommend Olios the most. The pools are both well kept and perfect temperature. Its not loud, but you can hear the pool DJ in the distance from your balcony. The unlimited drinks are perfect and so is the bar staff. The vibe is relaxed but having a good time. The spa is very nice and worth your time. The coffee bar was a favorite of my partners. There are plenty of places to just sit and relax and read. I recommend the Isla Mujeres excursion, the island's beach is beautiful. The drive from the airport is only about 30 minutes. I did not have a single issue the entire time i was there, I would happily cone back.

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights with my boyfriend. It was a beautiful resort. Buffet, steakhouse, and Asian restaurant are GREAT. Room service is good for room service. Italian restaurant is a skip. Drinks are good but it is house liquor so keep that in mind. If you book in serenity club you get a butler and ours was great! Helped us out with any inconvenience. Rooms are sooooo beautiful. Keep in mind there are very little younger adults and it’s more of a relax vacay

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Myself and our friends collectively call this resort out happy place. The resort is beautiful. So many little touches make the place so special. The rooms are beautiful and clean and luxurious. The resort grounds are well maintained and we came for the first time the year they opened and then 5 years later and it was still just as beautiful and well kept. All the food is delicious and incredible. I've been to some all inclusives that have horrible food, not so Haven, it is excellent and delicious. The service is incredible and the nightly entertainment superb. I'd like to highlight Minerva, how was the hostess that we just happened to see pretty much every night for dinner! She was so nice, so accommodating even though we had a big group. She really went above and beyond. And there was a live band one evening, Movile, that was absolutely mind-blowing. I mean, better than many, many live bands I've seen in the states. I love this resort and see no need to go anywhere else for my Cancun all-inclusive experience, I full intend to just keep coming back here over and over!!

One of the most beautiful places that I have ever visited. Staff was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good. Pools are awesome. Will definitely go back.

The resort was amazing, pools were perfect temperature, drinks were delicious. The staff was super friendly and the activities available were fun like kayaking and water cycling. The different restaurants were yummy and provided great variety. Definitely going again!
