This was our 3rd trip to Margaritaville. This resort has rapidly become our favorite! It is so clean and the staff is beyond amazing. We always look forward to seeing Jesus! He greets us on every visit and is always so helpful! Rita’s taco house is our favorite lunch spot! Delicious food and an amazing!

The resort is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The facility is extremely well kept and cleanliness is clearly a priority. Staff is working diligently to provide the best customer service and a safe, clean, laid back atmosphere. If you are wanting to visit a beautiful resort with a laid back, but wonderful atmosphere then this is a fantastic choice.

The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very warm and welcoming!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and conversation, which continued throughout our stay. Many remembered our names and would refer to us by name when we passed them on the grounds. Always asking how everything was going for us, and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. This personal touch really made us feel well cared for and not just another couple on the resort. Teresa, our concierge for the week, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! She was the sweetest!! Cynthia and Oscar, at the front desk, were always very friendly and helpful. Cynthia even took the time to take pictures for us on nights we dressed up for dinner. We met so many wonderful people that worked on the resort, and I can’t remember all the names, but they all played a part in making our first trip to Mexico a memorable one. We had a romantic dinner on the beach one night. It was set up beautifully, and the food was fantastic! Another night, we had a gala dinner on the beach for prestige members, and Noe sat with us, and we had a wonderful conversation with him over dinner. I’m not sure what his title was on the resort, but the fact that he chose to share his time with us was special. We made a friend. An all inclusive resort with 4 terrific restaurants, several bars, lots of entertainment, and a beautiful beach! What more could you really need? Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing time overall! Amazing staff and loved the atmosphere. Food is great and the beach was great! Mixologists at compass bar were some of our favourite staff! Only problem was that there wasn’t enough live music! We did see 2 bands but wish there was more! They were both a highlight of the trip
