"Cave hot tub was cool. The room was super expensive even for Banff and quite disappointing. Two double beds and pull out hide a bed. The room advertises sleeps 6 but with one bathroom and double beds no one’s getting a good sleep and everyone’s upset waiting for their turn in the bathroom"

"The alarm clock and phone didn’t work in the room. They only gave us soap for the sink but not for shower and there was no shower liner so water wouldn’t stay in shower area. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly."
