Kid & Family Friendly Resorts in Quintana Roo

"The property was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The standout staff that i want to acknowledge who went SO far above are: Carla Rodriguez and David Miranda from the concierge service; Rodrigo at the bar areas, and Osvaldo who served us while at the cabanas. They made the stay a 5 and are unbelievably friendly and accomodating. I will DEFINITELY be back again and again. "

"The property was lots of fun for the kids and adults! We had fun at all the pools and water park as well as zip line and wall climbing. We enjoyed the night time shows we went to. The down side to the resort is the dining options. Lunch time options were limited to buffet, snack shack or Asian buffet. The other restaurants were not open at lunch time. They could use a few more restaurants or larger menus as options were limited. Overall experience was excellent for our first all inclusive trip"

"10/10. Service and amenities were so impressive. Adult trip and while there were tons of kids, we did the excellence club which gave us access to many adult only parts. We had an issue with our room the first night and as a result got spa credit, late check out, priority reservations for dinner and excellent handling during our entire stay. There are plenty of food options. Would definitely recommend, especially doing the excellence club upgrade. "
