"Lovely resort with excellent service and facilities. Lot of good food options including vegetarian items. Great activities for kids including a fun water park. Staff goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Playa Mujeres is quieter than hotel zone and if you intend to stay at the resort for the most part, works out well. Highly recommend this resort for families!"

"This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. "The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available.
