"We had an amazing time at this resort. The food and staff were excellent. However be aware of using resort credits. My brother and sister in law got charged $2500 dollars at the end of their stay for using resort credits. They were told they could use these towards dinners, drinks and other services the resort offers however this was not true. It appears to be some sort of bait and switch. There are other reviews that talk about this on trip advisor so check it out. Too bad for everyone...

"My partner and I just spent 6 days at this resort. It was beautiful!!! We walked in to the lobby, and gasped at the immediate ocean view. The staff were extremely friendly, and the buffet server we had (we had the same one everyday.. Alfredo) remembered our drink orders and the table we loved to sit at. There was amazing entertainment most nights, a beautiful swim up bar, and great Pina Coladas. Our only complaint was, the Italian restaurant gave my partner food poisoning, and room service never...

"Room was fantastic for space. Beds are only doubles so my 6’4 husband was uncomfortable but we knew that going in. No way to lock balcony door so having a toddler in the room made this fun.
