"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."
