"Great location and communication with property manager and owner. Teresa the property manager was so responsive. The lay-out of the house is perfect for families. Kitchen was large and an added bonus was 2 refrigerators! Outdoor space was beautiful. Would be all around 5 stars if pool area spruced up a bit with new floats, table and chairs, etc. Also a few drapes inside house should be replaced. Great family time! "

"The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Great neighborhood away from crowds but still plenty of great food and shopping. The house is beautiful (but it is older). The host responded rapidly to all messages. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the beach down the street every night."

"Photos do not do this property justice. Exquisite views with many terraces. Everything functions fine, perfect for a relaxing stay in a great area. Literally a 10 min beautiful stroll to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. What more can you need. Lourdes was very accommodating and helpful. She made me feel at home giving us a great itinerary before our arrival. This vacation was plug and play. 8 nights of awesomeness! Will be back!"

"Up front, you should know it’s an older property and is not shiny and luxurious. However, the staff of Gilberto and crew were great. Home-cooked meals and drinks served (you pay for the f&b, of course). It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and beachfront are great. Again, pool is aged, but holds clean water. Our interactions with owner, Marcello, were also timely, fair, and accurate. "

"Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. We Loved the sunshine the view and the pool and yes at times the Air conditioning. We will be back to Sayulita "
