"This was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. It was a convenient location for us and felt very safe to walk, albeit with heavy traffic around. Staff was friendly and helpful, too. "

"We stayed as a family of 5 with another family of 5 from Canada. The resort is lovely, smaller, mostly Mexican guests (a good sign in our books) food tasted great and was mostly mexican dishes, the snack bar had N. American fast food and great tacos. Pools were heated, enough loungers, service around the pool was great, we had the same server all week except the last day and then the service was a bit meh. Most staff speak a little bit of english, some none, but management is fluent and happy to help. We have celiacs in the family and no one got sick. The resort is geared more to little kids, they have a fun kiddie pool/structure, the teens who didn't love lounging by the pool were a bit bored, they lived. Staff did games during the day, there was entertainment on friday and saturday. We would stay again."
