Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"The property had a lot of dining options and amenities within the facility. They did not disclose how pool chairs and daybeds needed to be reserved so that was an issue. Other than that no issues were encountered, staff and service was great. I would say making the entrance more secure would improve the feeling of being safe."

The resort was clean and I loved the way they went above and beyond with cleanliness in the room including turn down service. It is also family friendly. The only issue is the time share seeking services we ended up paying for what they offered us as free. Overall it was a great experience for our first time in Mexico. Great room service as well. Just a note even though it is all inclusive if you are interested in booking here make sure you make your dining reservations or figure out food options. "
