"Nice location right on the lagoon. The pods are good - there’s lights, electric sockets and a fan. The openings to our pod were ripped and the zip handles damaged and a little difficult to open and close. The light breakfast was good. "

"The capsules are great although a little worse for wear. As other mentioned the bathroom system is primitive and outdated, it felt very dirty and I avoided taking showers at the hostel. "

"The problem is that I could not find the place it is behind bertween food store. Thereis no sign or they should put A big sign to say hostel Tropico .nobody knew the place it is a women who knows who indicates me .i"

"The property is very clean and the villas was very nice with all the amenities required. The management was very helpful as out AC broke down and they immediately provided us with other room within minutes. Good thing is ,the beach is accessible from the property and nice place to stay . I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to go to Cancun for a trip or stay"

"I have been coming here for many, many years. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping is great! The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful; always ready with a smile and kindness. I recommend Playa Palms without hesitation.The beach is lovely, and always clean with umbrellas and palm trees for shade for the loungers and Adirondack chairs. Very quiet at night. Very peaceful. "This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"
