"The front desk staff was fine but the food and drink staff were excellent. Standouts for us were Juventina, Jose, Alan, Xochitl and Esmarelda. The beaches were wonderful and it was a great option to sit on the grass. I would suggest putting out more beach chairs as people are pretty selfish heading down at 7am to save chairs while not showing up for hours. All the food was good and such a variety. Generous pours on the drinks. It was always easy to get a taxi to take us into town. Nice big gym with lots of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back "

"Loved it all. Staff were amazing. The most friendly we ever had. The lobby bar server's were especially nice. Cannot say enough! Actually the most annoying thing was how some of the " entitled" guests treated the staff. Pretty awful. Yet the Staff never pushed back. We stepped in once when a sign clearly stated a rule. The staff tried to enforce it. The guests ignored it and argued with staff very aggressively. The staff members were incredibly polite to them enforcing the rule. We and many other guests approached the staff after telling them how well tgey gandled the awful guests. Well done!"

"What an amazing place!!! Not only is it exceptionally beautiful, but it is also extremely clean. You can tell that the owners take great pride in giving their guests the best experience possible. The restaurants on site are some of the best rated and having had the opportunity to dine both at Aroma and Marea, I have to agree. The hotel also has two beautiful pools with view of the ocean and beach access is also very easy. They also have daily entertainment for their guests. We were lucky enough to enjoy movie at the beach, opera at the beach and salsa music with classes at the beach. And if you choose to venture into town, a 5 minute taxi ride will get you there. Hope you enjoy this location as much as we did."

"Our family had a wonderful experience at the resort!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beach club is very short and it was a great mix of ocean, beach club, and hotel pool/bar for bathing!! I am hopeful to stay with Binniguenda again in the future!!! Thank you!!!"
