"We just got back from our amazing family trip to this amazing resort! We just got back and already thinking of our next family vacation. The service was amazing , the rooms super clean, the room service was exquisite, we enjoy every single day we were there definitely we would recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy a family or couple trip. Our family wants to give our gratitude to certain people who made our stay extra special. Eleazar at the Mexican restaurant- Donovan manager of the Mexican restaurant server Samuel and sabido we loved the Mexican restaurant so much we went twice! Giovanny reception - thank you for accommodating all our needs, 2 best bartenders in the lobby Anthony and Luis at glee/pool bar - best customer and attentive service we received during our stay. - when you go to the buffet Aide is super sweet and also Sylvia, we can’t forget Gerardo our bell boy great service at all times. Again Majestic staff fantastic impressed with everything they did for us during our stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Riu Latino. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe while on the resort. The food was pretty good. The buffet has a lot of options. I tried one of the mediterranean restaurant's and it was good. The others were always fully booked when we tried go eat there. The room are very clean and updated. The only con is they don’t have room service so after a certain time at night you can only get food from the sport bar. And the options are limited. Nevertheless, I had a great time with the experience they provided. Great live shows and amazing parties. "

"We had a great time at this property. Our butlers were wonderful. Everywhere we had dinner reservations was amazing. We love swimming in the ocean. We loved the pool area. Being at the adult resort was pretty amazing! Everything was awesome. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and we had an ocean view and our room was beautiful. They did a great job restocking anything we needed restocked. They were great at cleaning. We ordered room service a few times and they were wonderful as well. Akita and Alfredo were amazing Butlers! And Lorenzo took the best care of us when we had a pool cabana for the day :)"

"Traveled with my daughter who has Celiac and they provided her with safe dining options every day, at every meal, at every restaurant, with a chef coming out to even ask what she wanted several times. The property was beautiful and staff was constantly cleaning. Never had to fight for a chair, or wait that long for a drink. An amazing vacation! Highly recommend! "
