"Everything was perfect minus checking in. The room was not ready at 3pm.. waited an extra 40 minutes and ended up taking a different room in a high floor with my elderly mother (no elevators). The ATM never worked ( out of order). The entertainment wasn’t that great. One of the nights the band did not show up, but the entertainment girls made fun. The best thing about the place is the beach, breathtaking. "

Excellence El Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Property landscaping was beautiful and well keep. Stayed in EC Ocean View room, nice view, plenty of room in closet bed was ok. Food was very good, we were there for the Super Bowl and they had a nice set-up for the game. Two big screen tv's a buffet and of course a bar. Our first time at this resort and would definitely go back. "

While I wish I could mention every single person who made my stay memorable, I want to highlight a few: Jose Luis R. at the pool bar, and Tarzan and Rosendo at the 24-hour dining. If you're ever feeling down or need a mood boost, just go meet Tarzan! His vibrant personality and dedication to service really set him apart from others I've encountered in the past.
