"Quiet, beautiful Bavaro Beach property. Good food at this location. Also enjoyed the Palace restaurants, although not top star. Barcelo Bavaro train (tram) transportation provided convenient access to other amenities on the property, water parks, mini golf, tennis, and a lovely chapel for Mass. We highly recommend! "

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December! "We had stayed here before. our concierge Ismael was amazing he was always there to help with whatever we needed. he did all our dinner reservations for us. the food was good, Animation team was entertaining, Mike's Coffee shop the staff was great.
