"Great location and grwat place to stay"

"Enjoyed the resort. It was very huge, clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the concierge that was assign to us never gave us the tore that he promised of the hotel premises. Instead we were brought to a Royalton time share seminar. We spent 5 hours at the seminar. Finally the sales representative accepted, NO for an answer. Also we were promised tshirt, hat, bag and glasses for the kids. We received the bag and the next day we had to come back for the rest. At the end they didnt...

Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. ...

"Difficult time checking in, did not receive a lot of the VIP amenities, except a room upgrade after Ryan insisted on it. All the restaurants had average food at average food. The buffet was probably the best. The facility, the pools and the people and staff were friendly and nice Transportation and out of the resort was difficult"
