"Stay was amazing. Nice facilities and Plenty of food and drinks to go around. Our butler, Gabrielle was amazing too. He checked in with us every day and made our requests happen too! (Setting up Jacuzzi, putting in reservations, etc.). Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone!"

"The entire staff went above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, saying "hola". The resort was a tropical paradise. We loved the nightly live entertainment and options for drinking and dining. It was magnificent!"

"We stayed for 5 nights. It was very relaxing for the family. Food was pretty good though it gets repetitive after 3 days. We had Vegetarian food but still had pretty good options. Dining experience at Zen was cool. Coffee, ice cream and drinks were plentiful. All of them were good Pools were clean. Swim up bars served good drinks. Water park is pretty good even for adults and teens. We went to the theater once. Other days timing didn't work out. Beaches were clean, awesome and relaxing. It rains in December. We were flexible and adjusted our plans based on the rain. Use AccuWeather for planning Service was awesome all the way through. People are trained not to expect tips. We tipped them because we thought they deserved it. They try to pressure people into timeshare like properties. Compared to other properties it was ok"

"We had a great time. The resort is beautiful. We had a corner swim up room. It was awesome! The staff was very friendly, food was good, the resort was definitely on the low key side which we enjoyed. I would definitely go back and stay at other excellence reports. The spa was also wonderful . The package we booked had us there for almost 3 hours. Definitely a great day! Our biggest complaints were we wish they placed top 40 type music in the pool area. I also felt some of the people that work there were pushy with getting massages by the pool or booking excursions. I don’t mind being asked once or twice while I’m there but it was several times a day. Overall great resort! "

"The resort itself is BEAUTIFUL. Very chic and trendy. The atmosphere is more of a relaxing type of vacation with a little bit of partying. I recommend if you want something a little quieter. The entertainment was great at night for the time we went since it rained most nights but the staff made the best of it. The food was great at all the restaurants. Rooms were very clean and every single staff member was very friendly and welcoming. I wish there were more activities at the resort itself but overall I would go back just for the relaxation and food at this resort. Great for couples! Lots of romantic things to organize and make your trip special. Spa services, private dinner on the beach, and dinner in the wine cellar at the French restaurant. Lots of food options throughout the day and 24/7 room services came in handy for the late night. "
