"We just came back and had a wonderful time. Food was very good for the most part, buffet a good variety with fresh items that were excellent but some were inedible...we always left buffet satisfied and laughed at how terrible some items were ( i.e. lamb shank on a big bone toughest meat we've had all week...impossible to cut with a knife and was scared to break a tooth lol) but the grilled lamb chops at the buffet were excellent. The burger we had at la palapa on the first day by the pool was the best burger ive had anywhere at an all inclusive ( ive done 25 or so) we came back twice to have it and althought it was still great they changed the cheese and onion compote and wasnt has great has the first time. Often times the items listed on the menu are not really what you will receive and trying to make changes from the a la carte restaurants was usuallly a fail...but no big deal we still ate well all week. A very special thank you to the waitress Pamela which gave us phenomenal service all week, we made sure to seek her out whenever possible and even when the place was full she arranged for us to get a table and avoid the short wait time. Also for my wifes bday she prepared a beautiful table with flowers and balloons to celebrate the event...we took great care of her $$and she returned the favor tenfold. Some employees were slow and didnt smile but overall we received good service everyhere. Also loved no need to get up ealry for chairs there are plenty. "

"Beautiful, wide beach with lots of space and calm waters. Many pools to choose from, very spacious as well. Lastly, rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, very modern. No complaints, would return again. "

"Quiet, beautiful Bavaro Beach property. Good food at this location. Also enjoyed the Palace restaurants, although not top star. Barcelo Bavaro train (tram) transportation provided convenient access to other amenities on the property, water parks, mini golf, tennis, and a lovely chapel for Mass. We highly recommend! "

The property was nice and clean. The staff took great care to ensure that all areas, from the lobby, restaurants to the rooms were spotless. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December!
