My room was okay. Nothing special. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and almost fell off. Sometimes i got towels sometimes not ( small ones) . As per service in the dinning areas it was poor. Maybe 1 waiter out of 20 was doing their job. Same at the pool area. Most days i sat down and was missing water. If you dont tip them the first day they remember you and never come serve you. Food was average. Flies all over. Different type of cakes but none of them tastes good. They just look good. Only good thing was the bread and butter , the cream cheeses and the passion fruit. Some staff members try and some do not belong there. Pretty boring in my opinion. Not much to do and limited space at the beach area. The beach is good and nice water, way too crowded though. Many times we found flies inside the food. The excursions were ok. The coral beach was lame. The Solana trip was nice. Id give food a 6, service a 3. The rooms are clean for the most part but you will get eaten alive from mosquitoes. Average rate ill give this place a 6 and a half. Good for kids though the pools are not deep. Ohh and the drinks are just juice, everything is watered down and i never got lit. They taste good for sure but no alcohol. I got a good tan though so its alright. Enjoy ur trip at ur own risk. ☀️😮‍💨

Great for family with kids, beautiful beach access, plenty of entertainment for the kids.The Gourmet restaurant is a must try, don't waste time at theTequila restaurant, where we had a terrible service. We had to leave because no body was interested to serve us and they would take almost 1 hour to get to us but Carlos from The Garden Circus restaurant helped us to book a table at the Gourmet lastminute after we told him what happened. We had an amazing time and thank you for Carlos from being an amazing manager at the Garden Circus Restaurant and Tanya and her team at the Gourmet.

Buffet is not good. Everything else was spectacular. Great place for kids. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Can’t go wrong booking a trip here. Dinners were fantastic considering where you are. Rooms were very out-dated.
