"The superior room was really good, staff very friendly, buffet was good, beach beautiful, but dont forget your mosquito spray, very necessary and quiet expensive at hotel. The hotel give evening activities. A lot entertainments. Iam really happy with their staff. Really professional. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"There is a lot of things not included example family slime time, ninja turtle dinner. Not all items on restaurant menus available, did not have much signage related to food allergies (family member has nut allergy and no signage), 50/50 if staff understand English. Bar tender at the show lounge was excellent, kids water park was good, rooms very spacious and clean. "

"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."
