"We had a great time staying here. Some of the food was good, some of it was mid - took about a day to find which buffets we enjoyed most. Both of the reservation restaurants were good. It's a bit hard to get out of the resort - have to get an uber through the front desk which costs more than regular. We took one of the excursions, "La Hacienda", through the resort and would highly recommend."

"Beautiful property. Options for meals excellent. Buffet had sooo many options... Staff willing to cook you anything, grill u steak, shrimp, pork, etc. Need new pickleball paddles... Several are no good. Staff at courts not friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Gym busy and well used. Drinks inconsistent in alcohol amount... Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. ...

"Security and lifeguards need to step up and do their jobs and move towels that are left there all day people put their towels out 8 o’clock in the morning and then I never show up until three or four"

"Sanitation in the public washrooms needs some attention. Soap dispensers need to be refilled at all times. Cutlery in the dining areas and restaurants should be wrapped in serviettes and not just sitting directly on the tables. Sometimes the tables looked like they weee not properly washed. Cross contamination!!!"

"Amazing vacation stay. Staff was great, nothing but good comments about food, ambiance, safety, things to do. This is part of a time share company and i loved that they invite you once and if you say no they won't bother you or push you. They are super cool about that. "

"I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars."
