« Incredible house. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was new, and the rooms were super comfortable. It's on a quiet street with easy access to everything in town. I was there for a wedding and it really inconvenience my stay as I was far from where all our events for the weekend were and I had kids with me. « Overall the experience was great, the location of the property is pretty good with multiple things to do (playgrounds, small zoo, restaurants, 30 min away from downtown, 1 hr away from San Miguel de Allende). The owner of the property was very attentive and available/supportive with the problems faced during my stay. On the downside we faced a couple of problems with the water heater and there was no hot water during the first day, we had to flush ourselves the water heater to make it work,...

« La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...
