"We recently went on a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children and stayed in the family suite with 2 levels. Overall, the vacation was wonderful and the hotel was a great value. It was a little challenging to get reservations for certain restaurants but we did manage to get reservations 2 of the 3 days we tried. And the Italian and Seafood restaurants don't require reservations and had good food. Property was clean, staff was friendly and food was good no matter what we ate. The pools...

"We came for 4 days and already plan to come back. Beautiful resort with fabulous service, amazing food options and gorgeous beach and pools. Be sure to book your dinner reservations (you can book the day before), and try the sushi restaurant! Our only concern was the very loud music from the lobby bar until 11pm, which may not be ideal to travel with kids. "

"My experience was good overall. The entertainment and most of the staff were great. The drinks and food were ok. My only issue was with room service, I had to call multiple times for help and no one showed until I went to the front desk. "

The beach is amazing with wood umbrellas and plenty of lounge chairs. I liked the property is environmentally conscious with only using recyclable cups and no plastic or disposal cutlery or utensils Good dinner shows as well"

"Everyone was so nice and helpful. Beautiful view. Comfortable room, although the pillows were hard. We did listen to “club Solaris” program. Had no intention of buying in and informed the Rep before it started. As the time went way over time we left. They weren’t very happy and we didn’t get the promo’s promised. If you aren’t interested don’t agree to listen. Would definitely return to this resort."
