"Great place to relax and have quality time with the family. However for the location and the accommodation provided it is overpriced. Additionally, our cabin specifically had issues with the bathroom door (not closing) and the door to the master bedroom was jammed - to open/close the door it needed to be pushed/pulled very hard and it made a loud scratching noise every time it was opened or closed waking up my daughter in the second bedroom. "

"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...
