I could not recommend Excellence El Carmen any more. The best staff, the best service, best food, rooms, views, beach, shows, everything you could ask for in an all-inclusive resort, they have it. Everyone we encountered was very happy and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return one day."

"The front desk is the brains of the hotel, receptionist Nayelis Torres is truly an asset for the hotel. She is a very caring and understanding person. The evening happy hrs were truly enjoyable. The morning breakfast was made to order, the breakfast staff is awesome, the beach was fantastic, transportation was readily available for off-site excursions. Many local restaurants are few short blocks away from the hotel. Casino is also on site and a beautiful pool area is on rear of the property."
