"Overall had a great stay! Our room was very clean and cool (temperature wise). Housekeeping always cleaned when we asked and provided fresh towels/restocked the fridge every time. Food was ok, 6/10. Seems like it was just the same food every day especially at the buffets. Had some great bartenders, like Francisco and Johan, but some were pretty inattentive if you didn’t have tip money out immediately. Beach and pool were by far the best part of the resort. "Front lobby should be renovated, it needs an update.Very dark. Everything else was great. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Wish they spoke a little more English though. Communication with room cleaning staff was hard with language barrier. Overall great experience. Would definitely go back to this resort. We had so much fun! "
