Resort was ok. WiFi was spotty and didn’t work all the time. Also there is one bar on the beach and it’s on the adults only area so if you’re not staying there you can’t get drinks from there. There aren’t any staff members going around getting drinks for people. Not even at the beach. Have stayed at 2 other resorts in punta cana and those resorts had a beach bar with staff getting drinks. Also the coffee house opens at 4pm. It would have been nice to be able to get coffee in the morning as the coffee served everywhere was not good. food was ok but not a big variety at all for breakfast and we quickly got tired of the food. sit down restaurants were ok nothing special. the tapenyaki was good but of course always booked. 3 stars. wouldnt stay there again

I loved the staying in this hotel, the only thing I have to complain about is the lack of air conditioning in some areas and a bad smell also in the Sport Bar and in the Restaurante Español.

Very big property be ready to walk a lot , food ok not top notch, very hot at restaurants, and lobby, ac seems to not work very good, need ventilation in comon areas, pools are clean, beach is beautiful and clean every morning, rooms are great were cleans daily, room service is slow wait time like an hour; a la carte restaurants portions are small and waiting time is long and seems your being rushed to leve fast, buffets are better but drinks are slow bring your drink with you before heading to eat, overall 4/5
