"The staff is great, but a lot of the property was being remodeled, so the restaurant & pool choices were limited. We had upgraded to Privileged access, however, due to the remodeling in progress, it wasn't really worth it. "

"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the staff. They were extremely accommodating in every aspect, and very respectful. The property itself is extremely well kept! Everywhere we went, there was some form of cleaning taking place (landscaping, sanitizing, and painting included). The room was beautiful and clean. The food and entertainment at Grand Palladium were my absolute favorite things (apart from the spectacular views of course)! We are definitely going back!"

"We were not informed that rooms were under reno so we did get to choose a hotel side, great location, breakfast is not included in the crazy price hike ..for it to be a resort, none of the restaurants on our side of resort were open, they said we had access to room service but no where to order from. Overall nice place just need to visit once reno is completed "

"The property is nice and clean but not enough entertainment and food quality and choice is overrated. One of the restaurants was closed for renovation, but nobody notified us about it. So out of 5 restaurants basically it was only 2 options, plus Stake House is closed on Fridays. "

"This property was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Great food in and around the hotel. While there is no beach, you can still walk right into the beautiful water and swim. Loved it! "
