"Had a great time with my wife and kids. We had a few hiccups, no hot water for a day and the elevators were not working properly. It would have been great if they served chicken nuggets for lunch and dinner because that’s what the kids wanted to eat. We had a great time visiting this all inclusive resort again, we were here in 2017. Thank you for making my family happy. One love Jamaica 🇯🇲 "

" I recently stayed at another all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, and I have to say this place was by far the best experience. I made it a point to leave a positive review because people tend to share negative feedback more quickly than positive, and this resort truly deserves recognition. The staff here were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. While I wish I could mention every single person who made my stay memorable, I want to highlight a few: Jose Luis R. at the pool bar, and Tarzan and Rosendo at the 24-hour dining. If you're ever feeling down or need a mood boost, just go meet Tarzan! His vibrant personality and dedication to service really set him apart from others I've encountered in the past. Thank you again to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to experience the comfort and excellent service at this wonderful all-inclusive resort!"
