"This is our first stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only & 3rd trip to Punta Cana. It was our best experience in the DR so far. We loved how close it is to the airport. We went for 5 days, looking for a quiet place to relax. This is definitely not a party resort. The food was pretty good, but definitely not 5* (3 of the 4 of us in our party had GI issues after the last meal at the tappenyaki restaurant). I found the property clean, but there are a few maintenance issues (the rooftop jacuzzi was not working in their room at all). I think the family side looks significantly more run down than the adults only side. We loved how there were plenty of chairs and nobody felt stacked on top of each other. The resort was not over crowded at all. I did not like the bed or the bedding/pillows at all, and didn’t get much for good sleep during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and I most likely would come back. "

"I came from New York and it was my fourth stay at this hotel. Everything was amazing.. Reception, housekeeping, all the service staff, everyone was great. All the staff are so happy and helpful, you feel like you are in heaven. I hope to see you again soon, thank you very much to the entire management team."
