"This was our very first family vacation with our 2 kids. Everything was amazing. The food at every restaurant was incredible, the staff were all amazing. The waiter Alma was our favorite, she was always brining drinks, telling us about Mexico. The property was clean, the kids side pool does need to be renovated but our kids were in there for hours every day. Highly recommend!!!"

"Beautiful and extremely clean and well kept property. Staff and service was excellent. Delicious food everywhere. Great room service. I did not like the extra charges for the best amenities. I had stayed in many great resorts and never had to pay for the best chairs in the pool and sometimes, they even include the cabanas by pool. The other downsize was the difficulty to book the hydrotherapy that I was offered for free and that is a continuously benefit I get from my expedia membership. but...
