"We had a very relaxing holiday at this beautiful resort. The food was great - lots of fresh salads, fruits, fish and meat and the selection at every meal was amazing. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk El Baso were very accommodating. David and his partner were wonderful yoga instructors. Amanda from the activities was very fun and led a fun aqua- exercise class. We enjoyed the restaurants and the coffee place. The smoothies were fresh and taste delicious. Some guests were feeding the wildlife which came out at dusk which was not appropriate- I thought people knew better these days. Like other beaches up the coast and elsewhere the sargassum washed up on the beach but the hotel staff were right on top of it cleaning it all up everyday. We would definitely stay at this resort again. It offered excellent value. "

"All around it was a good experience I like the resort the staff was friendly and kind. Shout out to Carlos in the breakfast section my server the food was always good despite the reviews. Nicholas clean my room every day but most time he didn’t leave enough towels but the room looks clean . Note for housekeeping the showers need to be scrubbed especially in the grout and the weave my was dirty room 9203. Not a bad experience will stay again. "

"Great resort! If you’re looking for some quiet time, make sure you book with the preferred club benefits so you can access the adult only pool. Pros: nice grounds, quick bar service, several restaurants, Hotel Indigo roof top bar and pool is amazing (extra cost), very clean Cons: small buffet, adult only pool requires preferred status, swing bar closes early, lots of seaweed on beach"
