"This hotel is absolutely lovely! The building itself is so and the decor screams luxury (the classy kind). My favorite part? The room was so relaxing I considered forwarding my mail there permanently. And the in-room entertainment? "The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly! We had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel. The room had another room up a small set of stairs above and you could really hear the other guests moving about above. The bed was super comfy with good amenities in the room inc tea, coffee, snacks ,water, iron, hair dryer, dressing gowns, umbrella etc. The bath was not a full size but the bathroom was clean and looked great."

"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."

"After spending the most I have probably spent on a 'superior twin room' it was the smallest room I have ever been given. On the sixth floor - came out of the lift to basically a smell of drains, rang reception to ask them how to turn the aircon down - which they said they would do and then turned it up - so sweated all night. Sixth time I've visited and most unsatisfactory one so far. Very disappointed "
