"Excellent location for visiting Manchester centre . Few minute s walk from everywhere you’d like to go or a pleasant tram ride away. The room was huge but a bit Spartan. Only one chair, no proper desk or table. No socket for shaver in bathroom. Staff, like everyone else we came into contact with in Manchester, were very pleasantly helpful. "

"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. "Absolutely lovely hotel, the receptionist that checked us in was super lovely and accommodating. Only down fall was our hallway neighbours were really loud and the phone in the room didn’t have a reception line and we couldn’t leave the room as we had a 2 month baby with us that was struggling to sleep due to the noise!"
