Great location, near good restaurants. Staff was friendly. But they need to fix the drainage in the shower. It was the only thing that let the stay down, otherwise I recommend this hotel!

Efficient check in, room was clean and tidy. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, double bed was ok although the room was very hot (mid Sept). Air con “on” but made no difference. Breakfast was chaotic and too busy, had to queue for a table. Decent breakfast although no tea bags or sugar left. Again very hot in there.

Short trip
Ideally located for the AO Arena which was the main purpose for our trip. Close main shops and the NQ has some great bars and restaurants. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and staff most welcoming and helpful.
