This place was really nice and comfortable. The best thing was that it was so centric from where we wanted to go. We loved the area and the walking distance to the London Parlament building (Big Ben). The receptionists were nice and the rooms were great and spacious. I love staying here. There was some evidence of disrepair in the bathroom - one of the floor tiles was loose and the caulk around the tub was a little old looking. But overall, the stay was lovely! I’ll definitely be back.
