"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "

"The property needs major interior improvements. Also i noticed they give double bed rooms when u specifically ask for king. Spoke with 2 other people who had the same complaint. We had to wait 2 days for a room with king bed after we got there. Otherwise great shows, food, location, view!!"

"This hotel is in a good location to take tours all over the place, and it's relative close to upscale shopping. The staff is amazing at greeting you and accomodating everything you might want. We were always happy to see them. The Italian restaurant and the buffet (for all meals) was delicious! The Japanese restaurant, though, food was not great. Our only problem was that there's hardly any beach and you cannot walk alongside the beach either since all hotels have something to prevent you...

"Temptation is the place to be, staff and employees are amazing. Parties at the pools, evnets with the staff is so entertaining and gets everyone to know one another. I will be back soon. I was told I would get a room upgrade if there was availability, I wish there was it would have been amazing "
