"The pools and beaches are lovely. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. The bed was super comfortable too. Food is like all the all inclusives- Ok but a week of it is enough. "

"There is a lot of things not included example family slime time, ninja turtle dinner. Not all items on restaurant menus available, did not have much signage related to food allergies (family member has nut allergy and no signage), 50/50 if staff understand English. Bar tender at the show lounge was excellent, kids water park was good, rooms very spacious and clean. "

"The room was spacious and up to date. We were really impressed with the availabilty of pool and beaxh chairs enough for all guests and more. We stayed in the adult only pool for the bar service, it was excellent.. Hiram Ventura, nice young man was awesome serving drinks to the guests, there was another young man and I feel bad i didnt get his name he was excellent as well. Both were at the adult pool daily. Beach was absolutely beautiful. The only uoset was the food. The restaurant food was not...
