We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
