Property was great had soooo many restaurants we didn’t even get to visit all but I loved it only in my opinion they can use an upgrade at the poolside but other than that it’s decent

Loved the rock jumping for kids. Ventus ha is where we stayed. Farther from beach but not that far. Didn’t even make it to all the dinner options. Can only book 2 reservations at once. But can go next day to book another 2. So we filled all nights except the first easily. Wish there was a tween club with activities for those tween kids. My kids would have liked a couple hours doing some fun things but felt the kids club was for younger kids which makes sense. Beach is clean. They are raking every day. Severs were great every where.
Will return again!

Mixed Experience at the Resort
We had a mixed experience during our stay at the resort in Cancun. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our visit. However, a significant downside was the time wasted on presenting paid services, which felt unnecessary and disruptive to our vacation.
While the resort was advertised as all-inclusive, we were disappointed to find that tables with better views of the shows and many desirable areas required an extra charge, which didn’t make sense for an all-inclusive package.
On the bright side, the entertainment team was absolutely amazing, bringing so much energy and fun to our stay. The restaurants also offered great food and an enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, while there were some positives, the extra charges and upselling detracted from what could have been a more seamless all-inclusive experience.
