My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by.

We used to stay here whenever we go to Niagara. We used to love it. Not until this last visit. My baby who is 7 month old got severe skin irritation after we lay down on the bed that night, I also have red patches after that. My baby was very irritated. Even before the incident, when we checked in the fridge was not empty and clean, we asked the front desk to clean it. I am very doubtful that they cleaned the room, maybe they didn’t change the bedsheets and all. We ask to be transferred to other room. I was packing and all with a very irritated baby so I didn’t checked all our things, and left some personal stuff in the washroom. I’m sure it was just there cause that’s the last place where all our stuff is and that’s the last washroom we used. But they told us that there was nothing that was found. So for me honestly, I know they’re lying because I didn’t find anything in our stuff when we moved to different room. So cleanliness and honesty is just so important to us when staying in a hotel and it wasn’t met that time. So now I’m hesitant to go back there and what to consider staying in a different hotel next time we visit Niagara

We loved our stay at this hotel. Location is perfect - very close to the 'American Falls' with Niagara Falls off the right. This was perfect for us. Parking was straightforward (although busy) and recognizes licences places so going in/out way simple. Room was spacious and clean. Would indeed recommend and would stay again!

Might as well be Holiday Inn…… for 4 stars it is not very impressive…plain room lacking a few things to say the least….the bed was great … all else hum drum. In room coffer is awful…no small shampoo … just plastic squirt bottles mounted on the bathtub wall like at motel 6…I can go to Sterling 3 blocks away and get boutique huge room with steam shower and lovely breakfast in bed for same cost with $20 parking instead of the outrageous $45 or $65’options at Sheraton …… all for less money…will never be back
