We had a room with a king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette and it was perfect for a family. Room was dated, but very clean. The staff was excellent and friendly, and the kids loved the pool. I did find it was very loud for sleeping at night, you could hear all of the downtown street noises. The windows and patio door could stand to be upgraded to be more sound proof. The elevators were very slow, and by the time we left only one of our of three were working. I cannot comment on the breakfast buffet because we didn’t have it - it appears overpriced - $104 plus tax and tip for a family of four to eat breakfast is ridiculous. We walked down the street to a different hotel breakfast and paid less than half that price.

The concierge offered incredible suggestions on deals and things to do, the bell hops went above and beyond to ensure everyone had assistance unloading from taxis during a busy rush check in. They maintained poise and made sure everyone felt as though they received white glove service.

Central location, but very busy and noisy. Check in was brutal with long lines only to have both key cards not work. Room was tiny, no fridge, paper cups and tiny bathroom. Door locking unit was unscrewed and falling off - major safety hazard. Then when we were getting ready to leave housekeeping walked right into the room when I has in the bathroom! Brutal. Stay elsewhere.

This is our go-to place to stay in DT Toronto...it's very affordable for the area. Beds are comfy and room is clean. Not much more is needed...we will be back for sure!!!
