"Excellent customer service! All staff were very friendly and made us feel like home! Everywhere was clean and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job in keeping everywhere and everything nice and tidy! We love our swim out room! While it was quite busy by the pool, we enjoyed our privacy while still enjoying the beautiful sun and pool (river) that’s wide and long enough to enjoy swimming and suntanning in the water! We tried the French restaurant Bordeaux and it’s wonderful; Italian called Postino and it’s really really good (our favourite); the burgers at the Barefoot Grill by the pool were excellent; pizza was great also… lunch at seaside grill wasn’t impressive at all… and breakfast at the World Cafe was good. There’s a gentleman who made great latte at Coco Cafe! Would love to come back again!"

"They were very honest and helpful. My husband lost his ring at some point during our stay and they were honest and turned it in to the lost and found. My husband was very happy and thankful as it was a very sentimental ring for him. The staff was great and a very family oriented resort. My family loved it. "

"My husband and i stayed in a privileged rooftop room that was clean, but showing its wear and tear. The tile and paint looked well maintained, but the bathroom fixtures and jacuzzi need updating. Besides that, we really enjoyed our room. The privileged package included meals at the. Privileged lounge, a designated beach area with wait staff, trips to the hydosauna at the spa, and many other amenities that made our stay very peaceful. The best thing about this resort was the staff. We felt at home by the kindness and patience they showed us. We hope to come nack again soon with the kiddos. Thank you for a great experience "
