Good spot since it is at a walking distance from all the activity and night life. The beach is not great, but you still have access to the sea. Overall the hotel was ok.

Dining was exceptional especially for an all-inclusive. Restaurants were 5 star experiences. I was surprised at how good they were! Especially the Italian restaurant with its 7 courses. The buffet had many options and the fresh fruit and natural drinks in the morning were my favorite. Quiet hotel, bar closes at 11 and music is off by 9:30ish. The staff was excellent, professional and worked with pride. The hostesses at the buffet, steakhouse and Italian spot (a red head, Alejandro & Mayra Vasquez) were always going above and beyond. They would always greet you with a smile, had a sense of urgency and enthusiasm while remembering your name and room number. Luis at check in was very helpful and helped me with an upgrade to an ocean view. Highly recommend paying extra for the ocean view. If you love the beach however, this hotel is not for you. The beach available is tiny and you could only put your feet in the water. As it is filled with large rocks and coral. The water is crystal clear. A 5 minute walk down to the Hyatt gives you a beautiful beach. You can walk through the beach to it. Beaches are public, so you will be amongst locals. Pool was dirty and closed at sunset. Nighttime entertainment 8-8:45pm was top-notch. Hyatt review: The Hyatt is huge, modern and beautiful vegetation, but the food options are limited and it’s very very quiet. It is used more for large gatherings in the ballroom.

Great location, less than an hour from CUN (airport) beside ferries to Cozumel and an easy start point for any day excursions. Even though hurricanes have taken the immediate beach, a 5 min walk takes you to a pristine beach! Pool area was also amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Food was delicious, great options we especially appreciated the coffee/ice cream bar, maybe too much! See you again

I was there for a conference (at another location) in November 2024, therefore wasn't able to use a lot of the amenities, but what I did you was fantastic. Food was amazing at the Italian restaurant!! A few notes: not much beach area and the street that leads from the beach is noisy at night. I suggest ear plugs :-)

This was our first time staying at an all inclusive and we are so glad it was here! Everything was great from start to finish and the views were beautiful, food was fantastic & they have so many options. Overall, great place to stay. We enjoyed the food, on-site entertainment, and close proximity to the Playa Del Carmen strip. Rooms are a great size. You can tell the property has aged (visible repairs and cracked tiles) but it's clean. Spa prices are a little high but perhaps it's comparable to the other hotels in the area. We definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will come back.

The AC in the room wasn’t working properly the housekeeper only came twice n we was there for 5 nights we had to kept calling for towels the bars don’t open until 11 n close at 11 some all inclusive the staff was very nice the food wasn’t the best at the hotel my the restaurant was great n the alcohol was water down I could taste it all the drinks was mostly water I was very disappointed

The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa. The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't be disappointed. The property is also very close to the shopping (about 2 blocks).
