"The property itself is just as described with all amenities and conveniences for a luxurious short term stay. Our only complaint would be the constant gardening - sometimes during early morning hours. One other small issue - we paid extra for hotel access to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels but the Hapuna was under massive construction with jack hammers etc, in hearing distance from the pool and beach. Needless to say, we didn't go there again during our stay."

"I have stayed at this property many times, as I enjoy it for business. However, this was the first time I was given a room with no shower, only a tub. I was a bit confused as 1. This has never happened to me and 2. The Room Type description says that there is a tub and shower. If having a shower is a dealbreaker for you, use this review as a warning to make sure you double check when you check-in. Other than this recent experience, I enjoy this property. "

"This is a great home located inside a huge resort, which I didn’t know when I booked. There is a grocery store, several shops, upscale restaurants and a private beach with great snorkeling. You will not be disappointed."

"Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit"

"The condo was spacious for a family of 5. The kitchen contained everything you need to prepare any type of meal including the added benefit of some spices, seasonings, and plenty of pots and pans. The master bed was extremely soft such that it was almost impossible not to get sucked into it. Master bathroom was huge with 2 sinks, a large, jetted tub, and a very large shower. Decor of the condo was not pleasant with fake plants, plaid curtains, and a dated island theme. That said, my family was...

"Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend."
