We used the spa 3 times during the stay and it has fantastic facilities - my only one point of improvement would be to fix some of the jets in the spa so they’re all working! "Came for one night with my 2 young sons. For a bit of fun and to use the pool. Gorgeous surroundings. The pool was lovely and Clean. Our Room had a double bed a single bed plus a pull out bed. The main beds were really comfy. The pull out not so much. Room was great for us. There was the odd mark on the carpets etc but not a problem for us. Hotel allows dogs for an extra free. We heard a bit of woofing from the next room but that stopped before bedtime. Room service was easy to order through...

"First time at the lincombe hotel. Its been a wonderful stay. From our initial registration to leaving today service and staff have been first class. Cleanliness perfect both the room and hotel in all locations. We're are so impressed we've booked a weeks stay in July. "

"Loved the restaurant. Excellent service. Everyone we met was very friendly and cheerful throughout our stay. The treatment in the Spa was very good but the Spa area is too small. And due to it being half term - full of grandparents and parents with small children who took over the pool. Nowhere to relax as all the empty seats were piled up with used towels. The hotel should consider removing the gym and expanding the Spa IMO! Would go back for the hotel and it's excellent location and quality...

"Reception was excellent, both at arrival and checkout and the pool facilities were also good - we swam in the afternoon when it was quiet. Dinner was disappointing with thee of the six mains on the Brasserie menu being burgers. There were "specials" but this was a fixed menu. Waiting staff generally pleasant but largely inexperienced. On the Wednesday there were two large groups in, one close to us, but unfortunately the tables were not adjacent and our meal was punctuated by conversations...
